Two-time NBA champion Chris Bosh is hoping the NCAA will give student-athletes election day off so they can vote.

Bosh, who played his college ball at Georgia Tech, said being a student-athlete is basically like having two full-time jobs, except you are not getting paid.

In a powerful piece for The Players' Tribune, the retired NBA forward revealed he's joined forces with Eric Reveno — the associate head coach at Georgia Tech — to give student-athletes election day off.

“Their idea is to have the NCAA formally declare that all student-athletes and coaches be given the day off on election day so that they have time to exercise their right to vote and, if they so choose, to volunteer in their communities,” Chris Bosh wrote.

“Eric Reveno, the associate head coach at Georgia Tech, is a huge proponent of this proposal and has been helping to lead the charge. And it’s been my absolute pleasure to join forces with Coach Rev and these inspiring student-athletes to help get the word out about what I see as an idea with literally no downside.”

This year's election is huge, as numerous NBA players are urging people to get out there and vote.

For what it's worth, Los Angeles Lakers small forward LeBron James and Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry have already announced (or hinted) that they are going to endorse Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
