Drake made headlines on Friday after the release of his much-anticipated new album entitled “Certified Lover Boy.” Dwyane Wade jumped in on the action with a rather surprising take on Drake's long-time feud against Kanye West, and unfortunately for him, Wade's take got destroyed on the mean streets of Twitter.
For starters, here's Dwyane Wade's attempt to bridge the gap between Drake and Kanye with his nothing-but-love Tweet:
Both Donda & CLB is 🔥 They’re two of the greatest artist to ever live. Thank you both for these back to back drops 🙏🏾 🎵🖤 @Drake @kanyewest

Dwyane Wade heaped praise on Drake's new album, while also complimenting Kanye's Donda album which dropped a week earlier. In his mind, Wade believes that both rappers are equally great and that people should not debate as to who among them is the better artist.
Wade's peace-making ways didn't really sit well with the folks over on Twitter and they definitely let him hear it:
BS, NBA players who don't want to tell the truth. Facts is CLB is trash, Donda is great but not the best album of the year. Right its between Tyler, Cole and Nas. They have managed to make dope albums.
Drake is all about the popularity and CLB is not great.— Yahyah77 (@Yahyah773) September 3, 2021

As you can see, there are conflicting opinions on Twitter as to which album is better. What most of the keyboard warriors seem to agree on, however, is that Wade wasn't right about Donda and CLB being at the same level.
Wade is friends with both Drake and Kanye which could explain his neutral stance here. Nevertheless, the mean streets of Twitter were having none of it and they made sure to call out Wade for his comments here.
