Green sat out Monday's game against the Sacramento Kings due to an ankle injury, although the team has chosen to remain cautious with his minutes most nights as he reportedly deals with several different physical ailments. Green continues to pack the stat sheet on nights when he is given a full workload. Green is averaging 9.0 points, 6.3 rebounds and 5.6 assists per game, despite shooting just 40.1 percent from the floor overall, his lowest mark since his rookie campaign in 2012-13.

The fifth-year sharpshooter was on a roll offensively prior to the injury, averaging 27.8 points over his previous six games, averaging 4.7 made triples on a nightly basis in that span.
With at least Green back in the mix, Eric Paschall and Ky Bowman figure to see a slight reduction in their minutes, as Green should be able to handle a majority of point guard duties if Russell remains out. If the Warriors also get Russell back on Wednesday, it will allow head coach Steve Kerr more freedom with his rotations, especially against a Bucks squad that is averaging 119.2 points per game, the second-highest mark in the league.
The Warriors currently hold the worst record in the Western Conference at 9-29; the Bucks have the best record in the NBA overall at 32-6.
