Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr took to Twitter about the Julio Jones case in Oklahoma.

Julius Jones is a black man who was convicted of murder 20 years ago. There are new claims and evidence that prove that he is an innocent man. There was also a person who admitted to the crime that was committed. Oklahoma governor is still going to execute the innocent man.

The Warriors head coach has spoken out about racial injustice throughout his entire tenure in the NBA. He is one of the coaches who has been persistent about the racial inequality in America.

In a recent Twitter video, The Warriors head coach had this to say,

“I want to put this video out. Please share it, please join in the fight to save an innocent man's life. Do it for Julius, do it for his family, do it for our country because this cannot happen in a civilized nation. We have to keep this from happening, do everything you can please, thank you.”

Kerr had some powerful words throughout that video. Despite fighting for racial equality, Kerr has proven to be one of the best coaches in the NBA. He's led the Warriors to the best record in the NBA at 12-2 on the season.

The Warriors are still without Klay Thompson and second-year player James Wiseman. They will take on the Cleveland Cavaliers on Thursday night in what should be a good game.
