New Orleans Pelicans head coach Alvin Gentry is done talking about the Anthony Davis situation and has told local reporters to stop asking him about it.

The Pelicans are 1-2 since the Davis trade saga ended with the passing of the trade deadline. New Orleans got blown out by the Orlando Magic on Tuesday at home, losing by a final score of 118-88.

Davis played 24 minutes and finished with just three points and six rebounds.

The Pelicans are going to trade Anthony Davis in the summer, which means the rest of this season in The Big Easy is going to be a hot mess.

Davis is still playing despite his trade request. The NBA denied a report from ESPN which claimed they were going to fine New Orleans $100,000 per game if they sat a healthy AD.

You have to feel for Alvin Gentry here. He's tired of talking about Davis and has a job to do. The reporters in New Orleans need to stop asking Gentry and all the players on the team about the Davis saga.

The NBA All-Star break is here for the Pelicans and it's coming at the perfect time.

Davis will be in Charlotte. He's playing on Team LeBron during the All-Star game. The Brow will probably get a lot of questions during All-Star weekend about his future.

Luckily for Gentry, he won't be there and will get a break from this dicey situation.
