The New Orleans Pelicans' over/under win total for the 2019-20 season is set at 37 1/2, per BetOnline.ag.

The Pelicans traded star big man Anthony Davis to the Los Angeles Lakers this past weekend in exchange for Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram, Josh Hart and three first-round picks, including the No. 4 overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft.

The Pelicans went 33-49 in 2018-19, finishing in the 13th spot in the Western Conference standings.

New Orleans is expected to select Duke star Zion Williamson with the No. 1 overall pick in Thursday's draft. The team will have a nice core of Williamson, Ball, Ingram, Hart, Jrue Holiday and the player they select with the fourth pick — if they decide to keep it.

The Pelicans are going to be fun to watch next season. Lonzo throwing lobs to Williamson and locking down defenders in the backcourt alongside Holiday is something David Griffin and Alvin Gentry are looking forward to. Ingram (blood clots), who is expected to resume basketball activities in July, is a talented young scorer who will get more opportunities to score the ball in New Orleans now that he's not paired with LeBron James and Kyle Kuzma.

Power forward Julius Randle becomes an unrestricted free agent this summer. He might be too expensive for New Orleans, but Griffin should be able to find a quality replacement in free agency.
