New Orleans Pelicans forward Zion Williamson unleashed a Julius Erving in his arsenal by defying gravity for a crazy and-1 finish against the Sacramento Kings.
Peep the clip below to witness Williamson combining both athleticism and finesse for a fantastic finish. Does this remind you of Julius Erving's legendary baseline scoop in the 1980 NBA Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers?

Below is another angle of Williamson's lay-up. Notice how Zion almost hit his head. It's a good thing that gravity decided to interrupt Williamson's rise at the right time.

In just two seasons in the league, Williamson already has a stack of highlights in his reel. From monster dunks to alley-oops, to playing bully ball, and everything in between, Williamson has been showing why he's a former first overall pick.
And against the Kings on Sunday, Williamson led New Orleans with 31 points, six rebounds, and two assists. They are now 5-7 in the young season — a year where many expect the Pelicans to make strides in their development.
The lingering concern has been Williamson's health. After all, many are wary of his weight in relation to his athletic playing style. This is something that the Pelicans are prioritizing. And so far, the team and Williamson seem to be doing a splendid job.
The win over the Kings snaps the Pelicans' five-game losing streak. Can they notch two straight victories when they visit the Utah Jazz on Tuesday?
