Brandon Ingram continues to ball out in his first season in a New Orleans Pelicans jersey.

The 22-year-old lanky forward unleashed a viscous one-handed hammer in the team’s home game versus the Denver Nuggets on Thursday.

With the Pelicans up by 10 points with under three minutes left in the third quarter, the Duke product blew past Jamal Murray’s defense before skying high for the highlight jam. Denver’s center Nikola Jokic did not even bother contesting the shot and avoided being on the the receiving end of a nasty poster.

Ingram, who was traded by the Los Angeles Lakers in the offseason, is enjoying a career resurgence with the Pels, averaging 27.2 points per game on 50 percent shooting from the field in the first four games of the season.

He has emerged as the team’s go-to scorer and is expected to create a dynamic one-two punch with rookie sensation Zion Williamson once he returns from a knee injury.
