Finals MVP Kevin Durant has been making the most of his offseason, not only staying in sunny L.A., but traveling to India, and most recently to New York City to a charity function.

The Washington D.C. native inaugurated a court in the East Side of the so called Mecca of basketball, giving back to kids in a neighborhood of need through his foundation.

The Golden State Warriors forward was also asked when he was coming to the New York Knicks, only to give the fan a clear-cut response: “Never.”

Durant infamously made a move for Golden State last season and after winning his first NBA championship and signing a two-year, $53 million deal with the team, he's not looking to move anywhere else in the near future.

The Knicks are possibly one of the last teams in his list after they've faced a decade-long depression and recent years of misery with the state of the franchise and the moves that have to be made prior to the start of the season.

Opening a court in the Big Apple should endear the lanky forward to the rabid New York City fans, even if he doesn't plan to don the orange-and-blue anytime soon.
