The Philadelphia 76ers are going to want to forget about every aspect of their Game 4 loss against the Washington Wizards. As the saying goes, bad things happen all at once, and that rings true for the Sixers on Monday night. First, MVP candidate Joel Embiid left the game early with right knee soreness. Then a fan ran onto the court, keeping in the unfortunate theme of fan incidents surrounding the first round of the NBA Playoffs.
Then after the Sixers lost to the Wizards, things kept going against them, including their travel plans.
Tough night in many ways for the Sixers in Washington
On top of everything, a source tells me the Sixers plane broke down last night and the team had to bus back to Philly and did not get back till 6am this morning pic.twitter.com/ujKRoOsB1o

An overall rough night for Philly as they head back home and try and finish the series out in Game 5. However, it remains to be seen whether or not Joel Embiid will be available, but the hope is that he plays.
The Sixers were aiming to finish off the sweep of Russell Westbrook and the Wizards and had a lead early on. However, after Embiid took a hard fall that resulted in him leaving the game, the entire theme of the game shifted towards the Wizards, by no surprise.
So, hopefully Game 5 can go in a better direction for Doc Rivers' squad as they aim to book their ticket to the second round of the postseason.
