It was nothing short than an uneventful rookie campaign for Philadelphia 76ers point guard Markelle Fultz dealing with a nagging shoulder injury. This situation has continued to linger on through to this offseason with questions about here is at health-wise. Sixers fans are, naturally, worried.
Fultz gave a glimpse of where he may be at physically as he recorded throwing down a one-handed reverse dunk following a shooting workout.

What should be noted is that he used his right arm to complete the dunk, which his right shoulder was what was in question throughout the year. This is an issue that he had initially received cortisone shots to help treat the injury that forced him to miss a significant bulk of the season.
Article Continues BelowHe was able to return late in the regular season and play in the postseason, but he only played in the first three games in the first-round series against the Miami Heat. The decision to not play him for the rest of the playoffs only drew more concern about the state of his health.
The 20-year-old has shown much progress over the last few weeks of the offseason as there is also a video of him going through an intense ball-handling workout while his trainer has suggested that his shot will be fully repaired this summer ahead of his second campaign.
What this latest social media post should create is a stronger sense of optimism that he will be able to turn the page over from an injury-ridden season and show the promising play that the Sixers had hoped to see from him.
