The Phoenix Suns once again proved that they have one of the greatest home-court advantages in the NBA. A 32-9 regular-season home record translated to the bright lights of the playoffs Wednesday night, as a rocking fourth quarter crowd helped the Suns explode for 40. Phoenix outscored the Dallas Mavericks 40-26 in the fourth to take Game 2 129-109.

At the post-game podium, Suns star Devin Booker gave credit to the crowd while slapping a nice name tag on the Phoenix playoff run.

“It definitely got louder than the previous game,” Booker said. “They're bringing it, man. The energy's in the house. The energy's around the city. I think everybody's on this ‘revenge tour' with us and it's fun to be a part of it.”

The revenge Booker refers to dates back to last year's NBA Finals. The Milwaukee Bucks took the series 4-2 despite the Suns jumping out to a 2-0 lead with two home wins. The Bucks won four-straight to win the title.

It's the first time any Phoenix player has mentioned any sort of ‘revenge' in this playoff run. While many teams collapse after a devastating championship loss, the Suns turned it into fuel. Phoenix finished the regular season at a league best 64-18, earning home-court advantage through the entire playoffs.

That advantage is proving to be crucial so far. According to Suns PR, Game 2 was the 31st-straight sellout at the Footprint Center. The Suns are now 6-2 in the playoffs so far — 5-1 at home. The Dallas series now shifts to the Lone Star State, where the Suns could close it out with two quick wins.
