The Phoenix Suns are now 2-0 in their Western Conference Semifinals series against the Dallas Mavericks. However, before fans start shouting those “Suns in 4” chants, the team has a message.

Don't.

While the Suns have since deleted the tweet, it's still pretty fun. Also, no one can blame the social media team of the franchise for saying that. After all, who can forget their experience from last year?

To recall, the Suns also jumped to a 2-0 lead against the Milwaukee Bucks in the NBA Finals. After two dominant performances, Phoenix fans went hard at Milwaukee and started chanting “Suns in 4.”

As everyone knows by now, the Bucks went on to win four straight to win the series and the Larry O'Brien trophy.

Although it looks like the Suns are well aware of what to do against Luka Doncic and the Mavs, they cannot be too complacent and relax. Besides, no lead is safe in the NBA, especially in the playoffs.

For now, Suns fans can keep cheering for the team and show their support in any way they can as the series shifts to Dallas. However, as the team's social media said, maybe Phoenix faithful can refrain doing the popular chant for now?
