Brendon Kleen: What ways do you think Devin Booker needs to impact the game more to become an All-Star?

Ricky O'Donnell: I've got an answer for you that you might not be expecting. I think he can get significantly better as a shooter. Last year, he looked 5.7 3-point attempts per game and hit 35 percent. The year before he took 6.5 attempts per game from 3 hit 32 percent. The year before he took 7.1 attempts per game from 3 and hit 38 percent. Let's get Booker up to nine times per game. Where were Luka and Harden at last year, right? That's probably the level where Booker could end up just in terms of volume.

Brendon Kleen: Yeah, volume because those Doncic and Harden actually aren't that efficient from 3. They just take so many that their overall efficiency benefits from it.

Ricky O'Donnell: Right? So Luka took nine a game and hit 31.5 percent from 3 last year. Here's the thing, Devin Booker is a better shooter than those guys, I think. Booker hit 92 percent of his free throws last year Doncic hit 75 percent. So I think that Booker has room to increase both his volume significantly and his accuracy significantly.
