San Antonio Spurs superstar DeMar Derozan has been one of the most consistent swingmen in the NBA. This, according to Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr, should definitely put the four-time All-Star in HOF considerations.

Kerr has seen a fair amount of Hall of Famers in his time as a player and a coach, so him putting DeRozan in that conversation is definitely something.

“He’s had an amazing career,” the Warriors coach said of the Spurs star on Monday, via San Antonio Express. “I think he will be up for Hall of Fame consideration when all is said and done. He has just been so consistent for so long.”

DeRozan hasn't just been consistent, but he has been really good. In the past seven seasons, the Compton native has been averaging 20-plus points in a span of over 500 games. DeRozan has brought some stability in Gregg Popovich's Spurs lineup and has been nothing short of fantastic in his time in San Antonio so far.

“He’s been great for this team,” Steve Kerr added. “It’s a really young group that they have put together, and he sort of ties them together with his scoring and his ability to make big plays, big shots, when they really need him to. He is having a great season. I have huge respect for DeMar and his game and what he has accomplished.”

It's a contract year for DeMar DeRozan, as he's playing on an expiring deal on his third season with the Spurs. With that said, look for the 31-year-old to keep putting up incredible numbers to hopefully up his value before becoming an unrestricted free agent come this offseason.
