San Antonio Spurs star forward Kawhi Leonard is popular for his stone cold demeanor inside the court, simply allowing his game to do the talking for him. That is often the case as well when he’s off the court. However, this summer has been different, as he’s been photographed a few times during his trip to China all smiles and looking very happy.
In honor of the rare sighting, the developers of NBA 2K18 have made a hilarious rating for the “Smiling Kawhi” and gave it a higher number compared to the normal Kawhi.

Because of his steady play since entering the league that led to a stellar campaign last season, The Klaw has been given one of the highest ratings in the video game this year. He is widely considered as the best two-way player in the league today, for his excellence on both ends of the floor. He has also earned the respect of many for his calm demeanor, despite being a fierce competitor.
This coming season will be a huge one for Leonard as he looks to bounce back from the abrupt ending he had in the previous campaign during the Western Conference Finals. He is expected to be back to 100 percent at the start of the Spurs’ training camp, and he will once again be heavily relied upon by his team to lead them to another postseason appearance, and even topple the Golden State Warriors, as they plan to win it all next year.
