Drake was seen rocking his own version of the celebratory back in June during the Raptors' massive downtown Toronto parade celebrating their first title in franchise history.

The Raptors unseated the Golden State Warriors in six games, with All-Star forward Kawhi Leonard winning Finals MVP honors — his second in his then-eight-year NBA career.

While Leonard moved to the Los Angeles Clippers in free agency in the summer, most of Toronto's championship core remained with the team, including VanVleet.

Drake has long been ingratiated with the Toronto organization and its players, serving as a global ambassador for the franchise for the past several years and acting as a host for Toronto's All-Star Weekend back in 2016.

The “In My Feelings” musician also founded his label OVO Sound, which works on designs and merchandise for the Raptors. Drake has been seen frequently sitting courtside at Scotiabank Arena for Toronto's games, often captured interacting with players and coaches and reacting to the game play.

At one point the NBA had to reprimand the Canadian rapper for his interference with team officials.
