Steve Kerr urged that his Golden State Warriors have not lost faith despite suffering a second straight loss to the Houston Rockets in Games 4 and 5 of this Western Conference Finals.
The man at the helm noted his team simply has to win two games to reach the NBA Finals, and brought up the fact that his team has done an awful lot of winning over the past four years.
Article Continues Below“This is kind of what the playoffs are about,” said Kerr on Friday morning. “You go through some ups and downs and ultimately somebody's gotta win four times. So that's what we keep doing, we keep playing.”
“We have the chance to tie the series at home, which is a pretty good position to be in, and then we gotta win two basketball games. We've done that a whole lot, so we're very confident.”

While the Warriors haven't played with much poise over the last two games, they surely seem poised in their approach to this series, showing no panic whatsoever, despite being down 3-2 in the series.
Golden State will also have to see about Andre Iguodala's availability, which to this moment, Kerr is still unclear about.
The Warriors have emulated the iso-heavy game of the Rockets, which has brought them poor results thus far, but Kerr has warned it'll take more than just a couple of losses to count out a team with championship pedigree.
