The Washington Wizards suffered yet another loss Friday night when they were blown out by the Philadelphia 76ers. At the postgame press conference, All-Star guard John Wall blasted the referees and stated he was not getting any calls:

Wall performed poorly in their 121-98 loss, as he only scored 11 points in 25 minutes on the court. He only made four of his 15 field goal attempts for a dismal 26.7 percent shooting rate.

In a tweet after the postgame conference took place, Wall clarified himself:

There is no doubt that the Wizards are going through a tough season, and John Wall is at the center of it all. At 8-14, they are one of the worst teams in the Eastern Conference and sitting in the 10th spot, and it feels like they could implode at any time.

Talks about a potential Wall trade have loomed around the club, and Washington may entertain offers for him, though it is not clear if anybody actually wants him. Fellow All-Star Bradley Beal is also not untouchable.

John Wall is currently in his ninth season with the team, and he holds averages of 19.o points, 9.2 assists and 4.3 rebounds in 563 games. He is putting up 21.5 points, 8.1 assists and 3.6 rebounds per game this season, but he has struggled with his shooting and defensive effort throughout.

Certain adjustments need to be made in D.C. if the Wizards want to salvage their 2018-19 campaign, and it doesn't help that Dwight Howard just underwent back surgery and will miss several months.
