The Brooklyn Nets are set to take on the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday, and former Net Caris LeVert enjoyed seeing his old teammates prior to the game.

After the game, Kyrie Irving and Co. showed more love for their former teammate:

LeVert was traded last month as part of the James Harden four-team blockbuster trade and wound up with the Pacers, but has been out since due to a mass that was found in his kidney during the physical after the trade, which caused him to have surgery.

His former teammates in Brooklyn were happy to see LeVert and even happier to see him doing well. He joined the team at practice over the weekend after having surgery just a couple of weeks ago, and things are trending in the right direction for LeVert.

LeVert has yet to suit up for the Pacers, but the fact that he is back at practice is a reassuring sign for them. He played in 12 games this year with the Nets and averaged 18.5 points on 43 percent from the field with a career-high six assists.

TJ Warren is also out indefinitely, and if the Pacers can get those guys back before it's too late, they could make some noise as a top-four seed in the East.

The Pacers are hanging around towards the top of the Eastern Conference with a 12-12 record, which is good for fourth, and they are hoping that LeVert can come back sooner rather than later, although they certainly won't be rushing him back into action.
