With the offseason nearly in full swing, the Minnesota Vikings have made their intentions to pursue quarterback Kirk Cousins clear. However, that does not necessarily mean they have turned the page on quarterback Case Keenum just yet.

Keenum has reportedly garnered plenty of interest as a soon-to-be free agent. According to Mike Klis of 9News, the Vikings, Cleveland Browns, Denver Broncos, and Arizona Cardinals have emerged as the frontrunners for his services.

There is no Final Four this early. But tentatively, the four teams expected to be in on QB Case Keenum: Broncos, Browns, Cardinals, Vikings, per NFL source.

The aforementioned teams named should come as no surprise. Each of them will need to fill their voids under center if they are to meet expectations moving forward.

However, Keenum's future seems to be predicated on wherever Cousins decides to sign this offseason. Aside from the Browns, these are the same teams that are currently listed as the favorites to land the quarterback. There is no doubt that Cousins is the biggest name on the market and is expected to sign one of the most lucrative contracts in NFL history. However, only one team will have the opportunity to do so, which leaves Keenum's prospects looking up.

Regardless of how the Cousins situation plays out, Keenum should find himself in a good position to compete right away on a formidable team outside of the Browns. His resurgence with the Vikings in the 2017 NFL season has made him one of the cheaper but effective QB options set to hit the market.
