There are teams in the NFL who could use a quarterback and none of them have shown interest in Colin Kaepernick. Kaepernick's agent, Jeff Nalley, says that Kaepernick has gotten “little to no response” from teams.

Of course, Kaepernick hasn't played in the NFL since 2016 after he began kneeling during the national anthem prior to games. Following his stand against police brutality, the former San Francisco 49ers quarterback hasn't gotten a chance to make a return to the field.

Nalley said that he's contacted all 32 teams in the NFL, but none of them have worked him out. The closest that Kaepernick has come to playing in the NFL once again came in 2017 with the Seattle Seahawks.

Pete Carroll brought in Kaepernick for a visit with the team to possibly become Russell Wilson's backup. Unfortunately, Seattle didn't bring him in for a workout and he remained unemployed. Even though the Seahawks didn't sign him, Carroll thought highly of the mobile quarterback.

“Afterward, Pete Carroll said Colin is a ‘starter in this league,'” Nalley said. “No other NFL team has interviewed or worked out Colin in the past three seasons despite other false statements in the media to the contrary.”

There's never been a player in the NFL with the track record of Kaepernick who has been treated in the manner he's been treated in recent years. Over the course of his six-year career, the free agent quarterback has thrown for 12,271 yards, 72 touchdowns, and 30 interceptions.

Despite working out five days a week for the past three years, Kaepernick remains unsigned in a league that has plenty of incompetent quarterbacks playing under center. At this point, it's hard to imagine a team in the NFL giving him a second chance to play the position he once excelled at.
