It was a game that did not want to end. Truth be told, no one in the entire Milky Way wanted to either, including NBA players. Just in case you're still wondering, it's the epic skirmish between the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday night.

The game needed an extra period to decide who will advance to the AFC Championship Game. When the smoke cleared and the jaws were picked up from the floor, the Chiefs eked out a pulsating 42-36 victory over the Bills in what should be one of the best games in the history of the NFL Playoffs.

Many NBA players were almost left speechless because of the down-to-the-wire matchup, highlighted by the titanic matchup between quarterbacks Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen.

Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso, who unfortunately will miss an extended period after a wrist injury, seemed to be in a good mood while watching the Chiefs and Bills battle it out.

New York Knicks star Julius Randle, who's definitely had better days, also seemed happy because of the crazy game.

NBA legend Paul Pierce couldn't stop talking about the contest, posting a series of tweets.
