The Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears will play in an NFC North matchup on Sunday. It's time to continue our NFL odds series and make a Packers-Bears prediction and pick.

The Packers (4-1) and Bears (3-2) will meet for the first time this season in Week 6. Aaron Rodgers is back to at or near his MVP form from 2021, and the Packers have rolled to 4-1 record so far this season. Justin Fields is 2-1 as the Bears starting quarterback, and has done enough to win without setting the Bears back for the most part since taking over the job. Rodgers and the Packers will go for their fifth straight win on Sunday, while Chicago will look to knock them off and protect their home field, taking first place of the NFC North in the process.

Here's how the bookmakers have set the Packers-Bears odds for this Sunday matchup.

NFL Odds: Packers-Bears Odds

Green Bay Packers -6 (-110)

Chicago Bears +6 (-110)

Over 44 points (-115)

Under 44 points (-105)

Why The Packers Can Cover The Spread

Aaron Rodgers, Aaron Jones and Davante Adams are arguably the most dominant QB-RB-WR trio in the NFL. When things are clicking for the Packers offensively, good luck keeping up. The Packers defense has also been solid and will get to face a rookie quarterback, Justin Fields, in just his fourth career start on Sunday. While Chicago has a very tough defense, the Packers should still be able to cover with Rodgers at the helm. Chicago's defense may only be able to hold up so long before Rodgers & Co. pull away in the event Fields struggles. Even if the Bears do hang around, Rodgers could still pull away late to seal the win.

Why The Bears Can Cover The Spread

The Bears defense has to show up big in this matchup. Fields will also have to make plays and convert some third downs to keep Rodgers on the sideline as much as possible. Down two running backs (David Montgomery and Darrell Williams), the Bears face an uphill battle offensively. They will need to lean on another rookie Khalil Herbert, at running back. While the odds may be a bit stacked against Chicago, they can still pull off a cover with a strong showing defensively. If they can create sacks and a turnover or two, they might be able to flip this game into their favor for long enough to pull off the cover, or even potentially the win.

Final Packers-Bears Prediction & Pick

The Packers are tough to fade in this spot. They haven't been perfect this season, but they have been pretty good of late. The Bears are also playing well, however. The recipe of running the ball and playing good defense has worked so far since Fields took over, and that may be enough to keep this game competitive as well. Even without Jaire Alexander, the Packers have still shown to have a good defense, but take the Bears to cover the six points this Sunday. Fields could have some matchup opportunities on the outside, and Chicago's defense might be able to hold the Packers a little below their averages.

FINAL PACKERS-BEARS PREDICTION & PICK: Bears +6 (-110)
