The general consensus is that the Arizona Cardinals will be taking University of Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray with the first overall pick in the NFL Draft later this month, an indication that fellow signal-caller Josh Rosen, whom the Cardinals took with their first-round draft choice a year ago, may be the odd man out.
However, with the draft just a few weeks ago, Peter King of NBC Sports says that the trade market for Rosen is still pretty murky.
King lists the Washington Redskins as the most likely team to deal for Rosen, as they have four picks (15th, 46th, 76th, and 96th) in the top 100, and with Alex Smith probably out for all of 2019, they are in need of a quarterback.
King also adds that Rosen should fit Jay Gruden's offense pretty well, noting that Gruden was a fan of Rosen last year.

As for the Miami Dolphins and Denver Broncos? No one really knows what the Dolphins want at this point, and King says that the Broncos are not likely to make a move for Rosen.
Finally, the New England Patriots and Los Angeles Chargers, both of whom were reportedly interested in Rosen, are actually not all that intrigued by the possibility of adding Rosen, per King.
So, it seems like the Redskins are the most probable destination at this juncture.
