Baltimore Ravens Week 10 Predictions
4. Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson will run for 100 yards
The running ability of Lamar Jackson is second to none among NFL quarterbacks. At some points in this NFL season, it has been the best weapon the Ravens have. Jackson is the leader in the NFL MVP race, giving him a real chance to collect a second MVP trophy in three seasons. This comes from his dynamic running ability and a knack for making an eye-popping play in a high-stress situation. Expect Jackson to make more plays with his legs, even if the Baltimore passing game doesn't click on Thursday Night Football.

3. Ravens and Dolphins will be tied at halftime
What? Were you expecting the Ravens to get off to a strong start? That is simply not how this team rolls. Baltimore has consistently started slowly in 2021 before recovering and rallying in the second half.
The Ravens came from behind to beat the Chiefs. They rallied late to beat the Lions. They erased a 22-3 deficit to beat the Colts on Monday Night Football. They were down 14 points against the Minnesota Vikings and managed to dig out of that ditch.
Article Continues BelowThe Ravens are a second-half team. If they stumble out of the gate, it should not rate as a surprise, especially on a short week against an opponent which played at home on Sunday and did not have to travel. The Dolphins took the ball away four times from the Houston Texans (yeah, the Texans are bad, but that's still a quality defensive performance from Miami) and will probably annoy Baltimore for one half.
2. Ravens defense will hold Dolphins under 275 yards
The Ravens faced the Minnesota Vikings in their most recent game and the Cincinnati Bengals in the game before that. The Vikings and Bengals aren't necessarily good teams — we have seen the Vikings step on a rake, and we have seen the Bengals unravel after they upset Baltimore a few weeks ago. Yet, one thing Minnesota and Cincinnati have in common is elite talent at wide receiver. The Vikes and Bengals both have multiple game-breakers on the outside, with quarterbacks who might be inconsistent, but can make big-league throws when at their best.
The Dolphins do not have nearly the passing attack the Vikings and Bengals do. Even when Tua Tagovailoa has been healthy in 2021, he hasn't been very good. Jacoby Brissett played in place of Tua this past Sunday, and he is a career backup quarterback for a reason.
The Dolphins committed five turnovers against the Texans in Week 9 and still won. The Ravens should be able to keep this Miami offense under wraps in Week 10
1. Baltimore Ravens will beat the Miami Dolphins in Week 10
While the Ravens have had the irritating tendency to play with their food and sink to the level of the competition this season, they do eventually figure things out in the second half, especially the fourth quarter. Lamar Jackson will roar to life after halftime. A close game will become a moderately comfortable win for Baltimore.
Ravens 29, Dolphins 16, in Week 10.
