The Baltimore Ravens have their starting quarterback figured out, but after Robert Griffin III suffered a fractured right thumb over the weekend, the team is now looking to sign someone else to provide some depth. While the team continues its training camp, head coach John Harbaugh has said that the team will almost certainly have another quarterback on the roster before they practice again.
“Definitely,” Harbaugh said at a press conference via the team's official Twitter account. “We’ll have one here for sure.”
The Ravens don’t practice again until Wednesday, so they should have some time between now and then to settle on someone. The team recently worked out career journeyman Josh Johnson, who has had a variety of stops across the league, and does have history working with offensive coordinator Greg Roman.

As of now, the team hasn’t worked out anyone else, so they may have already set their sights on Johnson as the choice to come into camp and help the rest of the Ravens roster prepare for its 2019 season.
After a surprisingly solid 2018, led by rookie quarterback Lamar Jackson, the Ravens are looking to take their explosive defensive and combine it with a fresh offense, led once again by Jackson. With the AFC North suddenly become increasingly competitive, the team hopes to once again reach the playoffs, and make it further than the first round exit that they were in 2018.
