Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has been on a mission this entire season. For a guy that was told he would only make it in the league as a receiver or an “athlete”, Jackson has surged past almost everyone's expectations.
During Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals, Jackson's coach John Harbough had some encouraging words for the second-year quarterback.
"You changed the game, man."

The Heisman winning quarterback at the University of Louisville is not only one of the leading candidates for MVP so far this season but is indeed changing the game while putting up insane stats and highlight plays each and every week. His on-field performance not only is encouraging for every athletic quarterback out there that have been told that they cannot succeed that the position at the next level, but like Harbaugh said he is changing the image of what a quarterback can be.
As the Ravens starter, Jackson has an incredible 13-3 record and has been improving every game. Jackson is a generational talent that has the ability to throw the ball in a basket 40 yards away while also being able to blaze past you with sub 4.4 speed.
Although Jackson and the Ravens might already have their victory of the season, defeating the previously undefeated Patriots by 17 points in Week 9, they will have a tough road that will feature some very talented teams in the coming weeks. If Jackson is able to continue his dominance against teams like the Texans, Rams, and 49ers, you can bet he will MVP of this league.
