Injuries are always an unfortunate part of football—including in training camp. The Buffalo Bills witnessed LaAdrian Waddle get carted off of the field at their practice on Sunday.

Training camp has been permeated with injuries to offensive linemen for the Bills this week. Waddle's injury is being described as a right-knee injury, and he was confronted by his teammates as he was carted away.

Waddle joins Mitch Morse, Spencer Long, Russell Bodine, and Jon Feliciano on the injury list for the offensive line. Having injuries along the offensive line is the last thing that the Bills want right now.

This offseason, Buffalo signed Morse, Long, Feliciano, and Waddle in hopes to improve the play in the trenches. Waddle comes from the New England Patriots after winning a Super Bowl with the team in 2018.

With the injury to Waddle, the Bills could be forced to start rookie Cody Ford at right tackle this year. Buffalo drafted Ford out of Oklahoma with the 38th overall pick in this year's draft.

As McDermott enters his third season as the Bills head coach, he's going to see just how deep his offensive line is with the number of injuries that have already occurred during training camp.
