Chicago Bears defensive star Khalil Mack has only been in Chicago a few weeks but he has been quite impressive especially getting his hands on the ball. He has two sacks and has forced a fumble on both of those plays. It might seem like a difficult thing to do, but Mack keeps it quite simple saying the ball is the most important thing on the field.
“The ball is the most important thing on the field,” Mack said via Pro Football Weekly. “You can get the big hits. But the ball is very, very important.”
Mack has also been trying to preach to the defense just how important the ball is and trying to make it a focus for the team.

Mack has been a problem this season for opposing offensive lines and that should continue throughout the season. Even when he isn't getting to the quarterback, his pressure is still making the guy under center make a quick decision.
Bears coach Matt Nagy has been impressed with Mack and said sometimes they have to put in the scout quarterback just to make sure that Mitchell Trubisky can still get his work in.
“Those guys do that in practice, and at times, he has to pull up on our scout quarterback, Chase (Daniel),” Nagy said. “(But) you see how quick he can get there. I think a lot of that is natural instincts. You can try to teach it, but I think sometimes you have it or you don’t.”
