The Cincinnati Bengals Week 11 game against the Las Vegas Raiders pits two teams against each other with equal 5-4 records, with both teams losing their last two games (games in which they were both the favorites in each.) Something has to give, however, as both teams cannot lose this one. With the records and past performances being equal, the betting public has moved this Bengals-Raiders game from a one-point Cincinnati edge to it now being a “pick-em” game with no spread.

If the Bengals are going to win this “toss-up” of a football game on Sunday, they must start with the first things on this list and work their way down. In the end, if the Bengals can “play their cards right” and “hit” on all of these predictions, they will be able to leave Las Vegas as “big winners.”

4. Joe Burrow will throw three touchdown passes
“The Tiger King” aka “Exotic Joey” aka Joe Burrow is going to have his best game of the 2021 season on Sunday. After failing to take advantage of a weak secondary in Cleveland on November seventh, Burrow and his mates have been seething at the thought of another chance to prove themselves. They have also had a whole extra week to prepare for the Raiders because of the bye week they had in week ten.
In what is looking like a passing game on both sides of the ball, it could end up as a shootout in the 30-point range for both squads. Both offenses have shown they are capable of extreme firepower and both defenses have been as up and down as any units in the NFL. You never know what you will get from either defense, especially the Raiders, so we are projecting Burrow will throw a touchdown pass to Ja'Marr Chase, Tyler Boyd, and…
3. C.J. Uzomah will catch one of those touchdowns
Article Continues BelowWith the game on the line late in the fourth quarter, Burrow will find Uzomah for his third touchdown of the day (first for C.J.) and the Bengals take a late lead that the Raiders are unable to match. With a ten-point lead and just five minutes left in the game, Raiders quarterback Derek Carr will drop back to find Zay Jones deep but comes up extremely short for the Bengals' second interception of the game.
Carr has not been throwing picks this season at a high rate but has regressed as the team has struggled over the past two games. Cincinnati must take advantage of this– and if they do…
2. The Bengals defense will get two interceptions
As mentioned earlier, the Bengals' defense will actually get two picks in this game, not just the game-sealing one near the end of regulation. This will be just the second time all year that Carr throws two interceptions, but the second time in the last three games. After starting off the year with a touchdown-to-interception ratio of 15 touchdowns to five interceptions, Carr has had a ratio of just three touchdowns to three picks over the last two weeks–both Raiders losses.
It is safe to say that ‘Vegas goes as Carr goes, and as the player perhaps most affected by the recent losses of head coach Jon Gruden, wide receiver Henry Ruggs, and cornerback Damon Arnette (all of which are no longer with the team in any capacity), it will be up to him to move on and give his team the spark they need. It won't happen this week, though, because…
1. The Bengals will win by more than a touchdown
This one is perhaps the most confident prediction that we have put on this page today, as it just seems the Raiders are slipping into an abyss and the Bengals are at least treading water. Unless Carr can completely turn his play around from the last two weeks, we are expecting both teams to keep it close through three quarters and the Bengals to pull away at the end and win the game 38-27.
If you are inclined to bet this one, there are sure to be great odds on an alternate line of Bengals -7. Or if you just want to bet them to win straight-up, you will get 50/50 odds and be able to double-up your money on a win outright. The money is coming in on the Bengals, as they were originally giving a point to the Raiders but with all of the action getting bought up on the Bengals side, the line has moved to a virtual pick-em.
