Just as things were beginning to go well for the Cincinnati Bengals, the Indianapolis Colts have cut their lead down to 24-21 behind a touchdown pass delivered by the hands of Philip Rivers.

The Bengals had jumped out early against the Colts, going so far as to have a 21-0 lead at one point in the contest. That quickly came to an end, as the Colts went on a 21-3 run to cap off the first half. Rivers is responsible for two of those touchdowns.
He's completed 18-of-26 passes for 267 yards as well. Colts wide receiver Zach Pascal has completed three of his five targets to go with his one touchdown.
The Bengals now find themselves in a desperate situation going into the second half of the contest as they attempt to maintain and extend their lead.
Joe Burrow for the Bengals has had an exceptional game as well, though the Bengals will require more of him if they're to win against the Colts and capture their second victory of the season. He's completed 9-of-15 passes for 164 yards.
