Ever since Antonio Brown was released by the New England Patriots, players in the NFL have taken shots at the troubled wide receiver; with Baker Mayfield being the latest culprit. The Cleveland Browns quarterback roasted Brown on Instagram after a comment mentioned the wide receiver.

All of this began with Mayfield posting a picture of himself as a walk-on at Oklahoma in college. Then, things escalated when a fan said his Instagram post was of the same ilk as Brown's social media posts.
The second-year quarterback didn't mince words as he threw shade at the free-agent wideout. Mayfield called out Brown for throwing a fit about his helmet and his frostbitten feet incident.
Regardless of your opinion of Mayfield, the confident quarterback has a good point here. Mayfield brings attention to himself in the media for multiple reasons. But his reasons are for football; not off-the-field issues like Brown's were.
For Brown, he has been traded or released by three teams in the past six months. The sole reason he was released by those teams was due to him being an unnecessary distraction for his antics off the field.
Along with Mayfield, Eric Weddle also doesn't seem to be a fan of Brown's latest tirades. The Los Angeles Rams safety got into a brief Twitter spat with Brown earlier this week.
As there may be players who support Brown for his actions, there seems to be quite a few who aren't fond of them. It's only a matter of time before more players express their opinion on the 31-year-old wide receiver.
