Denver Broncos pass rusher Von Miller worked out with three or four other players at his home a couple of weeks ago, including kicker Brandon McManus, according to Mike Klis of 9 News.
Miller recently tested positive for COVID-19.
McManus said that he was tested for the coronavirus afterward, noting that the results came back negative.
Miller is coming off of a 2019 campaign in which he played 15 games and registered 46 tackles and eight sacks. While it marked his least productive season since 2013, when he missed nearly half the year due to a suspension, he still made the Pro Bowl.
The 31-year-old, who played his collegiate football at Texas A&M, was originally selected by the Broncos with the second overall pick of the 2011 NFL Draft.
It didn't take long for Miller to establish himself as one of the premier defensive players in the NFL, as he racked up 64 tackles, 11.5 sacks and three forced fumbles during his rookie year en route to a Pro Bowl appearance.
Article Continues BelowThe following season, Miller was even better, finishing with 68 tackles, 18.5 sacks, an interception, six forced fumbles and a defensive touchdown, earning another trip to the Pro Bowl as well as a First-Team All-Pro selection.
Miller has made the Pro Bowl in every season since entering the league, and outside of 2013 and 2019, he has logged double-digit sack totals each year.
He has also notched First-Team All-Pro honors three times, and during the 2015-16 campaign, he helped lead the Broncos to a Super Bowl title.
Denver went 7-9 this past season and missed the playoffs for the fourth straight year.
Let's hope that the several other teammates who worked out with Miller are just fine.
