The Joe Flacco trade kicked off a season of big moves, and now, the fate of DeSean Jackson hangs in the balance. Should the Green Bay Packers make a play for him?
According to the NFL, Jackson is someone who is different from all the other players in the NFL because he — and Antonio Brown — are perhaps the only two players in the league that actually want to be traded.
The wide receiver for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers has made his disdain with the team known far and wide, even though head coach Bruce Arians has made clear that he'd like Jackson to stay.

That brings us to the Packers. The team is in desperate need of wide receiver help, and there are few that can fill the slot quite like Jackson, as CBS Sports explains.
“The Green Bay Packers are in need of wide receiver help. The top three receivers – Davante Adams, Randall Cobb and Geronimo Allison are currently dealing with injuries which leave the Packers with three rookie receivers to carry the load. On Sunday, the Packers were trailing the Detroit Lions 24-0 and one of the reasons they struggled in the first half was the Packers were without Cobb and Allison as they were inactive. That led to the Packers relying on Marques Valdes-Scantling and Equanimeous St. Brown see significant snaps and they had issues getting open. But even if Cobb and Allison were healthy, the Packers need a spark on offense to help with the passing game.”
It should be interesting to see if Jackson ends up with the Packers, especially with Matt LaFleur at the head coaching helm.
