Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy understands what's going on around him. The Pack have been filling holes with veterans rather than undrafted free agents—the strategy the majority of teams take during this specific time of the offseason.
Though he's not the general manager of the organization, he sees this new strategy developing and he's loving every bit of it, via Ryan Wood of the Journal Sentinel.
