Week 5 featured one of the craziest games of the year in the NFL between the Green Bay Packers and Cincinnati Bengals. Kickers Mason Crosby and Evan McPherson missed a combined five field goals in the 4th quarter and overtime before Crosby hit home a 49-yard field goal to leapfrog the Packers in front for the win.

While head coach Matt LaFleur had noted in the postgame that the Packers still have all the faith in their kicker, he did note that the issues on Sunday weren't just with Crosby, per NFL.com.

“I think there's just some things that we absolutely need to clean up just from an operation standpoint,” LaFleur said. “You can't put all of that on Mason. I thought there's some areas that we have to make sure we get corrected, and we will.”

While the head coach for the Packers noted that it's not all on Crosby, he would not elaborate on the specifics.

“I'm not going to throw anybody under the bus, so I'm not going to expand on that,” LaFleur said. “Sorry, you're going to have to watch the tape, evaluate it yourself and come up with your own conclusions there.”

Crosby had made 27 straight field goals before the meltdown against the Bengals. The incredible part of it for the Packers is that despite the missed extra point and three missed field goals, they still won the game 25-22.

The Packers will try to clean things up quickly as they head to Chicago in Week 6 to take on the Bears.
