The offseason for the Indianapolis Colts got off to a bit of a rough start after the Josh McDaniels debacle. However, they quickly found their new head coach in Frank Reich.
Reich's first order of business will be getting quarterback Andrew Luck back on track for the 2018 NFL season. Fortunately, things are already looking up for Luck as he is in the early stages of throwing again, according to Zak Keefer of the Indianapolis Star:
“I feel awesome. I really do. I'm in a great place.”
“I’m in the middle of sort of a little bit of throwing, strengthening and preparing my shoulder for the throw load of being an NFL quarterback,” Luck said.
With Luck's solid start to rehab, Reich is optimistic that he will be able to handle a true workload by the time organized team activities start in April per ESPN's Mike Wells:

Luck's current timeline is certainly a promising one at this point all things considered. The three-time Pro Bowler was sidelined for the entire 2017 NFL season due to his lingering shoulder injury.
There had been hope of his return early on due to misleading updates from team owner Jim Irsay. However, his progression combined with the team's inability to win games ultimately gave little reason for him to play.
Fortunately, Luck seems to be on track for a true return this time around. It goes without saying that the Colts are a completely different team with him under center. However, should his comeback be delayed for ay reason, Reich has had plenty of success with plugging in backups.
