Although he's a legend within the Indianapolis Colts franchise, Edgerrin James is now facing a warrant for his arrest. The Hall of Fame running back has failed to arrive at court orders, forcing the legal system to seek his arrest. We'll see how it plays out, but it's not looking great for James.

According to Pro Football Talk, Edgerrin James, “has failed to show up in connection with a business dispute arising from One Cigar Lounge in Atlanta.” The Colts legend has been nowhere to be seen throughout this legal process, which isn't a great look for the Hall of Fame running back. Pro Football Talk provides more details on what is going on.

“On February 17, Judge Rachel Krause issued a court order requiring James to appear in court today, March 3, to show cause regarding his failure to comply with a past order to provide responses to discovery requests filed following the issuance of a judgment in the case. She previously issued a standing fine of $1,000 per day for James’s ongoing failure to comply.”

“To date, nearly 140 days has passed and Defendant has not complied with the Court’s order,” per Pro Football Talk. The total amount Edgerrin James owes has wracked up to $140,000, as of two weeks prior to this developing story. Not only is the Colts' legendary quarterback facing jail time, but he has a hefty fine added on top.
