The Indianapolis Colts are not among the teams pursuing free-agent running back Le'Veon Bell, according to Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk.
The Colts have a ton of cap room, so they could absolutely afford Bell if they wanted to, but they seem pretty committed to Marlon Mack, who had a very impressive sophomore campaign with the team this past season.
Bell is said to be seeking a contract worth in the neighborhood of $15-16 million annually, with the New York Jets currently considered the front-runners for his services.
The 27-year-old sat out the entire 2018 campaign due to a contract dispute with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also held out through Week 1 in 2017, but he returned in Week 2 and ended up totaling 1,291 yards and eight touchdowns on the ground while hauling in 85 receptions for 655 yards and a couple of scores en route to a Pro Bowl appearance and a first-team All-Pro selection.

He has made three Pro Bowls while also earning first-team All-Pro honors twice in his career, most notably in 2014 when he racked up 1,361 yards and eight touchdowns as a rusher and caught 83 passes for 854 yards and three scores.
The Colts are coming off a season in which they won 10 games and eventually lost to the Kansas City Chiefs in the Divisional Round of the playoffs. They began the year 1-5, but rebounded by winning nine of their last 10 contests to snare a wild card spot.
