Adam Vinatieri has had a roller coaster season so far for the Indianapolis Colts and is having a roller coaster game this afternoon against the Denver Broncos. After missing a field goal early in the game in horrible fashion, Vinatieri showed that he can still boot the football with an impressive 55-yard kick to cut the team's deficit to 6-3.
Early on this season, there were some rumblings that Vinatieri could be considering retirement after major struggles. He couldn't seem to find his rhythm on field goals or extra points. That has changed a bit and he is kicking with confidence once again.
Take a look at the impressive kick from Vinatieri for yourself:

Indianapolis allowed a score to being the second half on a touchdown run from Royce Freeman. At the time of this writing, they are trailing the Broncos 13-3. Hopefully, Vinatieri and company will be able to mount a comeback to win the game when everything is said and done.
