The defense for the Indianapolis Colts had done a stellar job of containing Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson in the first half of their Week 12 showdown. It seems they were able to pick up where they left off to start the third quarter.

The Texans were seemingly on the verge of putting some points on the board thanks to a 44-yard catch by wide receiver Will Fuller. The Colts defense was able to tighten up and nearly picked off Watson for the second time on a failed fourth-down conversion, via Chris Shepherd of Stampede Blue.

The Colts have done a stellar job of making Watson feel uncomfortable and it is encouraging to see that they have managed to keep it going in the second half. Although safety Tashaun Gipson was not able to bring in the interception, they were still able to force a turnover on downs.

A win in Houston would certainly be a big one for a shorthanded Indianapolis secondary that is without Rock Ya-Sin and Khari Willis.
