The Indianapolis Colts Week 15 opponent, the New England Patriots, is a familiar one…but a frightening one as well. The Colts have not beaten the Patriots since 2009, so long that since the last Indianapolis victory, there have been multiple Colts coaches, quarterbacks, and general managers at the helm. None of them have come away victorious, but that is exactly what the sports books think will happen this Sunday.
With the Colts installed as two and a half point favorites for Saturday night's showdown, the books think the Colts will finally snap the streak. The Patriots are undefeated on the road in 2021, however, so this would be a big feat for Indianapolis to accomplish.

Colts Week 15 Predictions
4. Jonathan Taylor will run for 150 yards
The Patriots are 19th in the NFL against the run, giving up 114.5 yards per game on the ground. The Colts and superstar running back Jonathan Taylor will be trying to take advantage of that and we think they will be successful. Belichick is famous for taking away an opponent's best player, but that usually applies to a pass-catcher more than a running back. Also, Taylor is leading the NFL in rushing behind the best run-blocking offensive line in the league. For the year, Taylor already has 1,348 yards rushing and 16 touchdowns.
Article Continues Below3. Carson Wentz will throw two interceptions
Only twice this year has Wentz had two interceptions in a game: once against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers two weeks ago and once against the Tennessee Titans on Halloween. Both of those defenses have aggressive versatile front fours that try to disguise you and block your field of vision once the play snaps. That is exactly how the Patriots play defense and they have got to be chomping at the bit at the prospects of facing Wentz this weekend.
2. The Colts will intercept Mac Jones twice
Jones has eight picks on the year to go with sixteen touchdowns but three of them came in one game against the New Orleans Saints very early in what is his rookie season. Since then, Jones is yet to have a two-interception game and it has led the Patriots onto their current seven-game winning streak. This is the week that the streak comes to an end, however, as Jones will have two picks, one to Kenny Moore and one to Darius Leonard.
1. The Colts defense will be the star of the day
Along with the aforementioned two interceptions that we expect the Colts to get on Jones, we're also expecting two fumbles by the Patriots in an uncharacteristically sloppy game for their standards. It will be just what the Patriots need this time of the year as they are probably getting a little too full of themselves. The Colts will gladly be the ones to deliver the humble pie to the Patriots and have all of the tools necessary to get it done. It's gonna be a good one on Saturday night, so don't miss it!
