The whole sports world was flipped upside down when the Oklahoma City Thunder traded Russell Westbrook to the Houston Rockets. Jacksonville Jaguars star cornerback, Jalen Ramsey responded with some interesting words.

Ramsey took to Instagram to comment on DeAndre Hopkins' Instagram comment that welcoming Westbrook to Houston. The Jaguars should be nervous after seeing Ramsey's response to the Houston Texans receiver's post.

The Jaguars cornerback has already said that the organization doesn't plan on giving him an extension this offseason. Ramsey is entering the fourth year in his rookie deal and has shown he is interested in signing a long-term extension.

“I let my agent talk to the [Jaguars] and they have had dialogue of course. As far as I know, I’ve been let know that I will not be getting a contract extension,” Ramsey said. “I will not be getting a contract extension this year.”

Although, it doesn't seem like Jacksonville has shown the same sentiment. Undoubtedly, Ramsey is arguably the best cornerback in the NFL and deserves to receive a new deal soon.

In just three seasons, Ramsey has become the NFL's prototypical shutdown corner. The Jaguars cornerback has started in 48 straight games with nine interceptions, 44 pass deflections, and 193 total tackles.

Ramsey doesn't become an unrestricted free agent until 2021 but the All-Pro cornerback could force his way out of Jacksonville. Could he find himself heading to Houston to join forces with Deshaun Watson, J.J. Watt, and Hopkins?

That remains to be seen but at first glance, it doesn't seem like Ramsey is completely content with his current situation in Jacksonville. His recent comment to Hopkins himself could be alluding to just that.
