Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Doug Marrone has nothing to worry about after this season is over.
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, Marrone likely won't exit the team in the offseason despite having coached a disappointing 2018 campaign.

After finishing 10-6 and reaching the AFC Championship game, the Jaguars hit rock bottom once again. They just can't stop losing every week. They've experienced a seven-game losing streak and haven't won in almost two months.
A 24-21 loss to the struggling Buffalo Bills Sunday didn't help boost the Jaguars' confidence. In fact, the team appears to be about as defeated as they can get.
They are currently one of the worst teams in the AFC with a 3-8 record after a 3-1 start, dead last in the AFC South.
Article Continues BelowMarrone is the franchise's sixth head coach in their 23-year existence, and is the third one to have led the team in the NFL playoffs.
With Gus Bradley fired near the conclusion of the 2016 season, Marrone was named as an interim head coach, but he has coached the Jaguars ever since. Through three seasons he has posted a 14-15 record with a playoff appearance to his credit.
It is safe to say that the Jaguars aren't going to rush big changes. Not even a single bad season with Marrone could enable them to make the snap decision to fire him.
It sounds like that he will be given another chance to prove himself next year with the Jaguars. A good run could save his tenure in the River City.
