It's been a tough night for the Los Angeles Rams' offense. The Rams are struggling against the Pittsburgh Steelers and their defense. Jared Goff hasn't been able to lead a touchdown drive in three quarters.
More details will emerge after this game is over, but it appears that Goff pulled himself from the game after taking a huge hit late in the third quarter. Blake Bortles briefly replaced him, but Goff started the next drive for the Rams:

It's true that Goff isn't performing to expected standards. He's completed 177 passing yards on 15 completions, but he doesn't have any touchdowns to show for his performance. Moreover, he threw a costly interception. The Rams trail the Steelers, 14-12, early in the fourth quarter. The Rams' defense has scored nine of L.A.'s 12 points, including a safety.
It's notable to mention that Goff seemingly left the field looking hurt. However, he didn't approach the medical tent to get any sort of treatment.
Blake Bortles hasn't played a lot of snaps as quarterback this season, but he did lead the Jacksonville Jaguars to the AFC Championship Game in the 2017 NFL season.
The Goff injury might be very minor, but conversations are likely to emerge about the Rams' quarterback situation this week.
