The Miami Dolphins are still in need of a quarterback and it's very likely they choose to address the position in the 2020 NFL Draft. According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the Dolphins have their eye on Tua Tagovailoa in the pre-draft process.

After a 5-11 season in the first year under Brian Flores, the Dolphins possess the No. 5 pick in the first round of this year's draft. For months, it has been assumed that Miami could trade up to select a quarterback in the first round.
Of course, Joe Burrow — the presumptive No. 1 pick to the Cincinnati Bengals — will already be off the board when the Dolphins are on the clock. Given that, Miami has been doing their homework on the other top quarterback prospects in the draft.

Besides Burrow, Tagovailoa is considered by many to be the second-best quarterback available. Despite a concerning hip injury that he suffered in 2019, Tagovailoa figures to draw a ton of interest from teams in the draft.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Dolphins were unable to meet with the Alabama signal-caller. At the least, they are showing that they are in fact interested in selecting Tagoviloa whenever the draft takes place.
However, during the week of the NFL Combine, it was noted that Tagovailoa's meeting with Miami was a bit awkward. Nevertheless, the Dolphins appear to be one of the front-runners to take the left-handed quarterback in the draft.
Without a doubt, the Dolphins have more than enough draft capital to make certain that Tagovailoa is on their roster moving forward. Even though they weren't able to meet with him, it's telling that Tagovailoa was Miami's first call for a pre-draft visit.
