There were rumblings earlier this week that Ryan Fitzpatrick was the better quarterback at Miami Dolphins camp and now it seems that coach Brian Flores has confirmed that, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

The Dolphins traded for Josh Rosen after the Arizona Cardinals decided to draft Kyler Murray with the first overall pick and many believed that Rosen would be the one to win the job.
There are still many weeks for Rosen to impress and take the job from Fitzpatrick, but if he can't win the job there has to be some question where the former first-round pick goes. There is no doubt the Dolphins will keep him on a backup but if he can't beat Fitzpatrick out for a job, there have to be some questions on who he can beat out.

Fitzpatrick is an NFL journeyman who has played for a lot of different teams and last year played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
It still seems a bit surprising that the team would start Fitzpatrick this year because it's clear he isn't the long term option for the team but it's clear that right now the team also doesn't think Rosen is the answer either.
