The Wilf family, owners of the Minnesota Vikings, have surpassed over $5 million in donations toward COVID-19 relief after their latest donation to the United Way Worldwide. The donations have been spread out across New York, New Jersey, Minnesota and Isreal. The Wilfs are from Isreal and still make their home in the New York area.

The Wilfs are concerned with everyone on the front line and want to help them along with people who are facing financial hardships from this pandemic. Owner and president Mark Wilf commented on the latest donations, saying:

“Our thoughts continue to be with everyone who has been impacted by this global crisis … We are especially concerned for individuals who are battling the virus, those who are facing financial insecurity and the heroic healthcare workers and first responders who are at the forefront of dealing with this pandemic.”

The Wilfs want to make sure that the workers on the front line are taken care of and are in the best position to deal with the situation at hand. Vikings owner and chairman Zygi Wilf also added that,

“There are extraordinary individuals and organizations who are courageously working together to navigate COVID-19 … We are focused on trying to provide as many resources as possible to meet their needs and assist some of the most vulnerable populations during this unprecedented time.”

The Wilfs have been active in the local and global community since buying the Vikings, so it's not that shocking they have donated money to help out again.

Kyle Rudolph and Adam Thielen have also been active in trying to try to raise money for Coronavirus relief.
