Tom Brady recently revealed that he watches Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots every week, per The New York Post.

“I just watch that team every week,” Brady said, “and I’m impressed with how they prepare and the accountability that that organization has had. It always starts at the top.”

It had previously been unclear whether Tom Brady and the Patriots were on good terms. But Brady's admission tells us that he still has respect for the organization without question.

The subject of the Patriots came up after Tom Brady listened to Bill Belichick react to Brady's 100,000 yard achievement. Brady then opened up on his opinion of Belichick.

“Yeah, we had 20 years together of elite football experience that I wouldn’t have traded for anything in the world,” Brady said. “I know he’s a great competitor. What an amazing coach he is, and how he prepares the team to win, and he’s just done it year in and year out. The fact that he’s 22 wins away from [passing Don Shula for first in all-time NFL head coaching wins], I have no doubt he’s gonna get it.”

Tom Brady and Bill Belichick established themselves as superstars in their respective fields alongside one another in New England. And there is clearly still plenty of respect held between the legendary coach and QB. Belichick is on the fast track to set the all-time lead for coaching wins, while Brady continues to set records and make history of his own.

Brady's Buccaneers and Belichick's Patriots will look to make postseason runs following mediocre starts to the season.
